“It didn't take that long to get an appointment for my daughter. The problem was with the therapist, Hailey R. It was my daughter's first appointment and when she opened up to Hailey, my daughter started crying. Hailey then put her finger to her mouth and shushed my daughter. She told her to be quiet because there were other clients in the office. My daughter told her that she thought therapy was a safe space to open up. This therapy session did the opposite of what therapy is supposed to do. Instead of opening up, she shut down and left. Than goodness my daughter is not suicidal, because this could have turned out much worse. My daughter left the session within 20 minutes. Now she doesn't know if she ever wants to do therapy again because of the negative impact this session had on her. I know my daughter needs help and now she might not seek it anymore because of her experience with this therapist. As a parent, I'm trying my best to help my daughter and now I'm not sure what to do. A therapist can make or break a person. This session definitely didn't help.”

“Dr. Chigozie was a nice. But the most unprepared ridiculous psychiatrist I have ever seen. I sat there for 45 minutes I swears watching her try to figure out her computer and go over BASIC paperwork. I had to deal with my sexist abusive husband afterwards scream at me that the appointment went long. Which it did. For her to not even put anywhere close to the dosage I needed. An initial appointment shouldn’t take an hour and a half to get basically nowhere’s. She’s extremely incompetent and my husband is the worst”
