“Thriveworks has repeatedly charged my debit card for services without providing an itemized bill, despite multiple requests. I have spent several hours on the phone with their support team and have been told repeatedly that a supervisor would contact me, but no one has followed up after weeks of waiting. I have requested itemized billing at least five times. Instead, Thriveworks has sent sporadic and incomplete receipts that do not match the amounts charged. The charges vary widely, ranging from $20 to $300, with no explanation or documentation to justify them. Additionally, after I updated my payment method on file, Thriveworks continued charging my original debit card without authorization. At this point, these repeated charges constitute unauthorized transactions, and I am unable to verify or reconcile them due to Thriveworks’ failure to provide proper billing documentation.”
