“The company as a whole is a scam. Read the reviews and actually consider them before scheduling. They just want your money. The cancellation fee is a joke and apparently counts for rescheduling as well despite the fine print not saying so. They don’t actually care about getting you help. I’ve worked with a psychiatrist Sade Adeojo, Who was awful to work with. I asked for a complete re-diagnosis and she just went with what I told her I had already been diagnosed with. Didn’t actually ask me any questions. She went completely against everything I had told her and specifically prescribed me a medication I told her not to and refuses to contact you back despite reaching out for over two weeks. The company has only people from overseas working, which is fine until they don’t wanna help you anymore and place you on a ridiculous hold long enough that it just makes sense for you to hang up. Allison Craig is amazing as a therapist, which sucks that it’s come down to me having to write this because it has nothing to do with her.”

“I love my therapist, she has helped me tremendously. The drawback here is the billing. Twice now they have told me I could go on a payment plan to just bang my account the full price the same day. They’re unpredictable and very difficult to deal with. If money is remotely an issue. Stay away.”

“I’ve been coming to this provider for approximately eight months. While I love my therapist, their policy regarding rescheduling is horrible. I called today to see if I could simply adjust my time for today. I was calling for information purposes only. A work event came up during my meeting, which would cause me to miss a portion of my meeting. I was then threatened up and down with a $135 rescheduling fee. I had to repeat myself to the call center employee multiple times before she would comprehend that I was not canceling the appointment. What a horrible policy that if you try to adjust a time just to get information, their policy is to immediately slap you with a charge because you didn’t call to inquire 48 hours prior to. This isn’t a hair salon. This is a mental health provider and to be so unbelievably stringent with policies that need adjustment is simply unacceptable. Do better and hire call centers who can effectively communicate. Not read off of a policy page”
