My issue is with the billing department, which has failed to issue a refund that I am owed. After multiple attempts to contact them, I am now being ignored. For a company focused on mental health, this experience has added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.”

“I had 2 therapy sessions with Connie Uff and being that this being my first therapy ever, I can’t say whether it was good or bad since I don’t have much experience. I gave a 1 star because although I wanted continued sessions, my 3rd session was abruptly canceled the same morning of the session. I had to rearrange my schedule for that week to be able to attend so having the session canceled so abruptly felt very unprofessional especially when I would’ve been charged a cancellation fee if I had made the cancellation.”
