“My experience with this company was extremely frustrating. There were repeated issues with scheduling and communication with my therapist. My therapist would sometimes cancel appointments, including at the last minute, which disrupted my schedule and made it difficult to know when I was actually expected to meet. There were also situations where an appointment was cancelled and we did not clearly schedule another appointment for the following week. I was then told that I had missed an appointment, even though I had not been given a clear understanding that a session had been scheduled. This made the scheduling process very confusing and stressful. The most frustrating part was how my treatment ended. My therapist asked me whether I wanted to be discharged, but I never gave a clear “yes” or confirmed that I wanted to end therapy. Despite that, I was discharged from services. I feel that this was handled very poorly and that there should have been clearer communication and confirmation before ending my care. Overall, the inconsistent scheduling, poor communication, and way my discharge was handled left me extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.”

“Deborah spent over six months working with our four-year-old but did not focus on his needs. Instead, she prioritized counseling the parents on reuniting as a family—an approach neither requested nor found helpful. Unfortunately, this focus didn’t contribute to any progress with our 4 year old at all and has us leaving Thrive at square 1. From the start, Deborah didn’t provide clear recommendations to address the challenges that were initially discussed. Based on this experience, we would not recommend Thrive.”

“Great place great people! I got seen right away... And my children have improved so much. Mike, EMMA, & JENN are great people. They can do zoom, in office, come to your house for appointments. They also provide transportation too if you can't drive or get to the place. Definitely look into it. !”
