“This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! My mom was there for 5 days and was put in a diaper in a wheelchair bc she has a hip replacement and they didn't think it was safe for her to be on her walker. Everyone lies to the family I called morning , noon and night yo check on my mom and they told me she was doing good. LIES! Fast forward to today and they had to transport her in an ambulance bc her stomach was really swollen and she needed medical attention. She gets to the hospital and has a watermelon size of pee in her bladder and is compacted in the back side. She has a diaper rash so serve the hospital took pictures for our attorney. She is safe tonight and away from Three Rivers. WARNING....DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES THERE!!! I am reporting them for neglect and elderly abuse. This place needs shut down.”

“Before my review of this facility begins, I want to thank these individuals that helped me through this horrible stsy in June; Jayla Theresa Taylor Cora Alexis Ashley Jaleel These helpful & caring employees pulled me thru this horror! I was in this facility for 11 days. It is designed for acute psychological problems. Before even entering this house of horrors, the LPN that was there upon my arrival said to me, “ You don’t belong here”. 11 days with patients with dementia, schizophrenia, anger issues, screamers, etc. it took its toll on me.. I was in this sterile room with nothing to do but cry, listen to screaming & pray I make it out alive. And yes, a patient came into my room, banging on the wall inside & turned around to me, “I killed someone & I’ll kill you all”. I cannot walk, stuck in a hospital bed & no forms of self defense. Yes fear again! Upon watching the administration’s interaction with the aides & cnas , there was none.. These individuals were ghosts.to them. Trying to get out of there into a nursing home was difficult. Finally a skilled facility became available & I could flee. House of horrors! THE FOOD The food these people are fed (I was, too) is awful. I lost so much weight. Just smelling it? There is a female CNA—Jayla. This facility is missing out on her abilities. She shows all how to handle patients. Watching she should be a person (paid) on proper patient care. You’re missing out. I could go on, but there’s only so many negativies one can type. Lived a total nightmare.”

“My wife has been there for week. She calls me everyday of things that going on there. Her prescription hasn't been right since she has been there. Medicine prescibed that we didnt want. Nurse's that refuse to give medication and laugh about. Nurses that are rude and condescending. Susan inpaticular. There some good nurses there that actually care. But the bad outway the good. Personally I cant wait for my wife to get out of there.”
