“I would not recommend working with Jennifer Ozello. I was a new patient. The first appointment got canceled because she was ill. Rescheduled, she cancelled the 2nd appointment 1 hour before I was to arrive for the appointment because she thought another practitioner could better manage my care. This seems to be very irresponsible behavior for a professional/psychiatrist that is to be helping folks that are struggling with mental health issues.”
