“So after reviewing their website everything that they claim they do is a lie! My cousin's just rescued one of our other cousins from this place and after seeing the pictures they took of the facilities and listening to how the administrators and staff talked to people, I'm appalled. I'm a mandated reporter and I will be reporting this facility because people shouldn't have to live like that especially when your facilities not only receive funds from the government but also receive the residents SSI or their Disability checks and only give them $60. I won't post the pictures because I'll save those for the investigators. I used to work for the State of Missouri investigating child abuse and neglect and senior abuse and their is a lot wrong with this facility, it's really sad that they would allow people to be treated the way they do because I'm willing to bet if it was their loved ones they wouldn't place them in that facility. Please if you know anyone in this facility go and check on them, talk to them and continue to monitor their well being while they're their or even better help them get out of there to someplace better.”

“This place is a filthy nightmare they take advantage of people who have serious mental disability. The place looks as if it has never been clean, cigarette butts all over the place, residents have to share a shower on each floor. One elevator is out or order the other is kept lock. The rooms are filthy dirty, no proper beds or bedding, people in prison have it better than the residents that stay their. Doctors prescribe medication but never follow up to insure that the residents aren’t having side affects. Blood pressures are only taken once a month. There is NO structure , they just have the residents do as they please when they are there to get help. They should have program planned daily, counseling sessions, and classes to help them cope with life once they leave. And none of the floors are lock units anyone can go into anyone’s room at anytime. My sister was there and once we found out how bad it was we went and got her and I’m glad we did the place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!”

“This for-profit facility has the designation of being a nursing home but really isn't. Most of the bathrooms have locks on them, and there are locked units on every floor. The residents are usually without money, so they beg, borrow, and steal. The staff are mainly single mothers and fathers, and lack social sophistication and education.”
