“The doctor was very personable, very respectful during our initial intake. we were supposed to come back at the beginning of the year. I requested ADHD testing and went to an initial intake. I got a paper saying that insurance wasn't approving the full autism testing because they were skipping steps, not addressing the ADHD and some other reasons. Front desk lady (Michelle Baker) was dismissive, rude, talking over me, was telling me what I was reading wasn't what the paper said. When I emailed about her phone etiquette she responded she "doesn't know what my problem is" I've pulled my son out of here. if you aren't very attentive to detail I wouldn't go here. If I hadn't called, they weren't going to call me. I'm very disappointed because we were driving from WEST LR. Wouldn't mail the records they have for my son. Said I need to drive to Conway to pick them up.”
