“Dr. Rich is a compassionate psychiatrist who is very knowledgable in the area of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. She has helped our 21 year old daughter tremendously. We first adopted our daughter when she was 10 years old, living in an orphanage in Ukraine. She had a great deal of difficulty adjusting and getting along with others at home and at school.
