How likely are you to recommend Therapeutic Family Services?
What patients say on Google
“Never seen such a disorganized group of mental health "professionals" Where to begin: My stepson started attending back at the end of March of this year. Within the near 3 months of attendance he had sessions with his therapist maybe 8 times and most of those times were spent watching movies in a day program. The nurse Kayla and front desk/phone lady Cathy pushed my son almost into withdrawal from one, maybe two of his medicines by not properly filing his prior authorization paperwork in a timely manner. The compliance officer doesn't know the policies for the program and facility I took 5 days worth of his noon-time medicine to the facility for him to take while he was attending the day program. The front desk woman handed the medicine to another woman who gave the Class II controlled substance back to my 13 year old child who has no impulse control and intrusive thoughts. And now on short notice they cut my stepsons day program from 4 days a week to 2. Never ever have I seen a group of people who often contradict one another and their own policies even when it comes to jeopardizing their adolescent clients safety. (the medications for instance) If you want your child to withdrawal or come out worse than when they started: send them here, if not avoid this place at all costs. Would not recommend to an enemy, definitely not a friend or family.”
“I had an excellent experience and my counselor Chris was awesome!!! My counselor really listened to my plight and understood me. She worked out a great plan to help me experiment to learn what I like to do for fun.”
