What patients say on Google

“Absolutely awful experience here. Staff never gave me a chance to explain myself when trying to get referred to a psychiatrist for personality disorder. Immediately got shot down and got assumptions imposed upon my previous diagnosis. They're not supportive whatsoever of people trying to seek any sort of mental health help--can't handle anything beyond depression or anxiety. They talk down to you as if you don't know anything about yourself. They treat you as if you're stupid. Don't go here. It's an awful experience and waste of your time.”
Kanji Tatsumi
“I had a very positive and helpful experience at the Behavioral Health Walk-In Clinic. I came not knowing what to expect but during just one visit, I was able to receive a diagnosis, start two new medications, and get follow-up appointments scheduled. I was surprised and impressed with how comprehensive the services at this clinic were.”
Katelyn Kappell
“Very professional and helpful. Took my son and was treated with patience and understanding. Dr.Bell did an amazing job and A++++ care. Thank you”

“A while back i visited this establishment seeking mental help and attempted to admit myself. long story short, i was turned away because they were closing in half an hour (even though the signs say 24h). while I waited to speak to someone, a youbg man and who i presumed to be his mother came in. they were seen immediately despite me having been there for a while. the half hour quickly demishished and the person i spoke too told me they couldnt admit because i wasn't activly suicidal at the time. i may not have gone into this hospital suicidal but I was upon leaving. if not for my roommate who had made the drive with me, I definately would not have made it home.”
