“I've been going here for going on nine months, I have gone to the walk-in clinic also. Plus, my great-granddaughter has been a patient there for a year. I have had nothing but positive experiences. I have been seen for regular checkups, bloodwork and non life threatening "emergencies". I have always been treated with respect. They've always taken time, discussing all issues I had. I felt like a person, cared for and taken seriously by everyone. Plus, I have never waited more than ten minutes to be seen. All the rooms and hallways I've been in have been clean and well kept. No problem parking, with handicap parking and entrances available.”

“I have been calling and leaving a message as it asks. I have left 3 messages for the dental office in Tunkhannock. The AI is very annoying since I have to enter the information twice. Once with initial, then again the same info with the dental. They need to have a human available to answer the phone if needed. It will not transfer you unless you keep repeating yourself. It has also told me that i would be transferred to a human and then just left hanging.”
