Upon entering, I was promptly assisted by the exceptional receptionist, who directed me to wait while she identified a clinician who could potentially engage in a discussion with me. Within a few seconds, the director herself, who had just concluded a business meeting, emerged to assist me. She addressed all my inquiries, provided details regarding the services offered, and contacted my insurance provider to ascertain coverage. Following our conversation, the director was able to schedule my initial consultation and assessment for the same morning. The clinician who conducted my assessment was exceptional. She dedicated time to elucidate each assessment, its purpose, and my results. I highly recommend STARLight Center in Lancaster to anyone who is weary of being dismissed as a flawed individual with billable insurance instead of a person seeking to enhance their life through therapy, compassion, and support.”

“I'd give zero if I could. I have been dealing with this facility since June and have had 1 appt. And that was an evaluation I guess. No one ever answers the phone, the person who calls to schedule you is clueless and I'm glad I'm not someone who wants to harm myself or have something more mentally pressing cause I'm not sure I'd make it to treatment. This is supposed to be a mental health facility helping people, everyone I've dealt with that's connected to this place doesn't know what's going on. Treatment like this should not be so stressful or take 5 months to get.”
