What patients say on Google

“I highly recommend Nina for individual and couples therapy! Her style is very unique and she is truly a trustworthy source. Nina creates a safe space to discuss all sorts of personal and relationship matters. She has helped me tremendously through my journey of growth and healing. She's also wonderful with children! Don't hesitate to reach out to Nina.”

“I used to struggle badly with overthinking in my relationship. Every small change in tone, every delayed text, every tiny disagreement would spiral in my mind until I had convinced myself something was terribly wrong. It was exhausting, not just for me but for my partner too. I finally decided to seek help and started working with Nina, and it honestly changed everything. She helped me recognize my anxious thought patterns, separate facts from fears, and build healthier communication habits. Through her guidance, everything changed. The constant mental noise that once overwhelmed me has quieted in a way I didn’t think was possible. If you’re struggling with overthinking, whether it’s about relationships or anything else, seek assistance from here. It's worth it”

“Nina is an excellent therapist. I came to her feeling broken. She helped me recognize traits about myself. Our work together provided me with healthy coping strategies that I continue to utilize. Without my experience with Nina, I believe I would still be stuck in negative cycles. Completing therapy with her guidance has been one of my greatest accomplishments. My life today is better because of what she has taught me. I highly recommend her!”

“I have been through a few therapists before I found Nina, and it is so important to find someone that not only connects with the way you process and handle things, but also encourages and empowers you to take control of you own feelings and actions. Nina was exactly this for me. I worked with Nina both in Solo sessions and Couples sessions. My husband and I had a particular goal we wanted to get to in mind when starting, but we learned so much more about each other and how to communicate effectively and thoughtfully. Solo session wise, I was able to reach goals I didn't think would be possible and work through some really tough things from my childhood. I have tools I can use now to cope with things I'll likely be dealing with forever (anxiety, depression), but I feel more confident in knowing what to do and recognizing it sooner. I would like to point out that Nina's methods were perfect for what I needed-- someone caring but direct and did not sugar coat--but her methods may not be for everyone. I found myself angry at times, but for me--that is a mark of a good therapist, as those times where I was feeling most vulnerable and upset were times where the truth was spoken (and it can hurt sometimes). I could see how not everyone would respond to this style of therapy, but it worked very well for me. I did not need someone to tell me "That sounds hard" and provide only a listening ear. I appreciated action plans and scientific study evidence to back up what we were doing and working on. Spending time working on myself and my relationships with others (husband and family and friends) was one of the best things I've ever done. I really feel like this changed my life. If you're looking for a therapist to do more than just listen and give you the tools you need to pull through hard challenges, then Nina is a great fit! She also does a consult prior to taking on clients so you can get a feel for how things may go.”
