What patients say on Google

“Misdiagnosed and mistreated. Service is terrible, I’ve seen multiple Ross Center clinicians and they were all incredibly incompetent. Couldn’t recommend them less, especially the awful Dr. Baugh.”
Carys Clayton
“I’m a practice owner in Nova and when people ask me for a psychiatrist in DC Dr. Beth Salcedo and The Ross Center come to mind. They are thorough and offer many supporting services in addition to medication.”
Cyndi Turner
“I have been very impressed with the Ross Center! The Ross Center has a team of around 50 doctors plus numerous support staff. After I contacted them, the Ross Center was able to immediately manage my care. After submitting my history, I was assigned a doctor who was talented, attentive and communitive. A numerous, friendly support staff is always available to answer questions and to guide the administrative process.”

“I've had to recently change my initial glowing review to reflect a truly awful experience getting a diagnostic test for ADHD. I was put on a "wait-list" mid 2023 and wasn't in a rush to get tested so didn't follow up until mid 2024. When I followed up the office had no record of me being on a wait-list and were somehow able to get me in the same week to have an initial consult with a psychologist who administers the testing. They advised me that I would pay a flat rate of $2395 for the testing and that they do not bill insurance and told me they would provide the bills that I could submit the testing to my insurance after the fact -which I am familiar with. The testing process required 3 separate virtual sessions and it was a nightmare scheduling with the provider. Steer clear from Dr Efanov. She cancelled last minute and would provide a time the next day that she was available but wouldn't confirm and then I was left waiting for her only to have her not show up. It took 3 months from start to finish to get my testing results and superbill to send to insurance THEN I found out from my insurance company that the line items charged for my testing didn't match up with the total amount that I was billed and that the billing codes were incomplete. So I called the office and they said they would reach out to the provider and have her send me a new one. After one week of not hearing anything I finally reached out to the provider directly and she said she would get me a new corrected bill but that she "was not very familiar with insurance language" To say I am disappointed is a huge understatement. I am not sure how long it will take to be able to submit this for any kind of insurance reimbursement and it's insanely frustrating. My advice: go somewhere else.”
