What patients say on Google
“I had way to many bad experiences here, back when it was community health, the one female therapist mis heard me and I came home to 3 public safety officers, then when I came in for the next visit she said I'm sorry my bad I misunderstood what said, nope, got a different counselor a jacked up male, literally on our first visit he said " I don't really care if you talk or not I get paid either way, Now as the right door: I had a mental breakdown and needed to get help and was told that this place has changed tons now it's the right door, so I go in and give it a 3rd chance. Everything.got setup and squared and my first appointment came up and as I was walking through the door he cancelled.... Waited almost a week before he got back with me just to say hey I can see you in 2 more weeks, I needed help now not a month from now, I recommend anywhere but the right door, they only see $$$ and do not actually care about anyone, Strike 3 THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN And I just received the bill for $357.05 for never receiving services. So I have to pay almost $400 when I didn't see anybody at all. You going to charge me that just to have your your creditor lady say hey we might bill your insurance. We might not. That's what I'm getting charged for. This place needs to be shut down. It is a crock. It is a racket. It is a bad place and they're abusing mental health to make money off it.”
“Absolute worst! Called for ABA therapy for my son and talked to a specialist who asked my instance. I told him and we scheduled an appointment for a week out. Went to said appointment and the financial department called me back to office and took my insurance card and gave me all the info about them and even told me what I would be paying a month out of pocket. Then when the specialist called me back he asked why I wanted ABA for my child and I explained everything for him to they say oh wait we do not take private insurance. Only Medicaid. We can’t help you. Could have saved me time, energy, and money just telling me that over the phone when I said why my insurance was the first time we spoke. Absolutely not okay!!”
“Go to TRD Belding if you want real care. Ionia will suck the life out of you and call it their accomplishment, over a three way call. They know what they are doing. Far too much to write but will be reporting externally asap. Cheers. AI pic is from a few weeks ago lol.”
“A horrible place. I said from the very beginning I did not want a male therapist let alone a preacher and that’s what I got! No psychiatrist just a NP! It’s affiliated with Michigan health west! Another reason not to stay with them! They also said I didn’t need any more help and let me go! A blessing in disguise! I have real help now with Trinity.”
