“Very happy with my therapist Rachelle, but sadly the staff lacks quite a bit when it comes to customer service. I talked to three of them consecutively, none of them understood the issue and all three couldn’t wait to hang up. I had spaced out about my appointment day thinking it was Monday but it was actually a Tuesday. So I called to see if I can push the appointment for later on that day, it wasn’t possible but was very quickly reminded of the 50 dollars fee. The thing is, the person didn’t even bother to look at the schedule and let me know that it was for the next day. I decided to keep the appointment, but if I had cancelled, I would have been charged the fee for nothing. We understand that it’s all about money, it’s a business after all but a little bit of time, kindness and understanding goes a long way!”

“I guess go here if you have no other choice. I wouldn’t though, the company is only in it for a profit. Therapists don’t advocate for their patients, it’s very transactional. I’m going to take my chances with the VA I guess, even they were better than this.”
