How likely are you to recommend The PsyClinic?
What patients say on Google
“I’ve had such a great experience with their team! I’ve been doing therapy sessions with Kendall, and I absolutely love working with them. They’ve helped me so much with my mental health and always make me feel comfortable, heard, and supported every time. Their scheduling is super flexible, which helps a lot with a busy life. Even when I don’t have anything booked, they’re always on top of reaching out and helping me stay consistent, which I really appreciate. Overall, I truly enjoy being a patient here and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and reliable place to support their mental health. 🫶🏻”
“Wanted to recognize Tyler Shoemaker, PA, who was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to really listen, understand my concerns, and explain everything clearly. His approach is thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely patient-focused, which made a big difference in my overall experience. It’s not always easy to find a provider who combines professionalism with empathy, but Cole truly does. I left feeling heard, supported, and confident in my care plan. Overall, The Psyclinic provides excellent service and a positive environment—I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking mental health support.”
“I honestly can’t say enough good things about this clinic. From the very beginning, the experience has been completely different from what I was used to before. They were able to get me in quickly as a new patient with Dr. Ahmed, which in itself was a huge relief. The option for virtual appointments has been a game changer for me. It makes everything so much more convenient and easier to stay consistent with care. I see Justin Farmer, and he is truly exceptional. He’s highly intelligent, but more importantly, he really listens. I never feel rushed or brushed off. He takes the time to understand what I’m going through and always comes to the table with thoughtful solutions and easy to understand explanations. What really stands out is that he goes above and beyond, he has even called to check in between appointments when something new came up. That level of care is rare. Justin is an exceptional provider. Before coming here, I was seeing another psychiatrist and, looking back, the care just wasn’t where it should have been. It felt very surface level. I came to this clinic after hearing multiple recommendations, and I am so glad I made the switch. The quality of care I receive now is on a completely different level, and it has had a tremendously positive impact on my life. If you’re even considering making a change or starting care, I would highly recommend them.”
“I was a patient at this clinic from August 2025 until today. Care was stable when I had a consistent provider. Over the past few months, I began seeing different providers, and the lack of continuity made care feel inconsistent. At my most recent appointment, a new provider recommended inpatient psychiatric hospitalization after I reported depressive symptoms, despite clearly stating that I have no intent or plan to harm myself and that I am functioning and managing work and daily responsibilities. I also want to note that I had previously discussed similar concerns with other providers at this same clinic, and those providers continued outpatient treatment without recommending inpatient care. At this most recent visit, I was told medication management would not continue unless I agreed to inpatient treatment. I explained that this was not feasible due to work and financial obligations, but no outpatient alternatives were offered. I was discharged shortly after. From my perspective, the response was overly rigid and not proportional to my situation. The escalation to inpatient-only care, especially given prior outpatient management within the same clinic, and the lack of alternatives significantly disrupted my continuity of care. It also left me needing to urgently find a new provider and ensure ongoing medication management. Mental health care should include continuity of providers and realistic outpatient options for patients who are functioning and seeking help.”
