“I had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Ahmed and he was very nice, but the front desk staff is awful. Every time I called they made me feel like I was bothering them. They would be very short with me and hang up the phone right after getting the info they needed. I did not appreciate their customer service, and I hope they can work on this.”

Numerous times I have scheduled an 8:15am appointment, but on a consistent basis, do not see the doctor until an hour after the appointment time. The doctor is a great person, but this place needs to seriously reevaluate their time management process.”
