How likely are you to recommend The Potter’s Behavioral Medicine Clinic?
What patients say on Google
“Trust the bad reviews. This place is dangerous. I called weeks in advance and sent over my medical records, only to find out they were never even reviewed. During intake, they refused to check my ID, and then they sent my controlled substance prescription to the pharmacy under the wrong name and told me to call the pharmacy to correct their mistake for a controlled substance myself. Ebote Nnoko is unprofessional and confrontational; she claimed Adderall IR is 'too addictive' to prescribe, yet tried to push Adderall XR which is the exact same drug on me. She wouldn't even let me speak to the actual doctor. The front desk staff are nice, but completely clueless. They promised a bridge prescription that never showed up, leaving me stranded. Avoid Ebote and this entire clinic if you value your mental health.”
“Karalyn has been very helpful. She is a great listener and was good at helping me figure things out and together we determined what would be a good plan of action to help me. When one dosage was not the max benefit, she and I talked through it to get it right. I really thank her for that. It also helps that she has a great personality and displays patience.”
“Not a good place to go. Had an appointment to refill medicine, did the drug test, met with the doctor who said she would put the refill in the file and never called it in. Now wants me to come back and start over when they were no help the first time. Go to Wellstar up the street”
“I had a good office experience, however I am not happy with the way my recent appointment was handled. This was my first virtual appointment. I never received a link for the appointment. I called several times regarding the link and each time I was told it would be sent. Having not yet received the link, I began frantically calling with no answer. Then, 7 mins after the appointment start time, I finally get a call. The lady on the phone somewhat tried to be apologetic but it just did not come across that way to be. I am disappointed because I saw the clinicians rating initially and still decided to schedule here due to the its proximity to my house. I am hoping the mistake was caused by situational factors and not disregard for patient.”
