“Used to be happy until provider left and the company was bought out. The patient portal is a joke , new therapist ( despite meeting monthly) had no idea who I was or what we talked about before. I had to call for reminders for prescriptions and bloodwork. Not the kind of practice to support people during their toughest times.”
