“Kat is the best! She’s so understanding and compassionate. She’s super smart and knowledgeable. You will learn so much working with her!! Update: Kat is still amazing! The front office is a problem. They over charged me by 60$ on my debt card and didn’t tell me. I found the charge and called which good luck getting ahold of this place. I finally talk to the front office and she’s says yes I see I over charged you were trying to figure it out and will let you know. Why wouldn’t they let me know if they overcharged me?? I didn’t get a receipt because they charged me for someone else. A day goes by and they also charged and over charged my credit card on file without my knowledge. THEY DIDN’T EVEN KNOW THEY CHARGED IT! So I call during business hours and again no answer like usual. I call my bank let them know, call my insurance and also let them know. Well my insurance calls and guess what no answer again. I’d like to mention they don’t call back either. I finally get ahold of them and they couldn’t find the charge. When they found it they let me know that I owe them a cancellation fee which at this point I already paid. I cancel all my upcoming appointments and in minutes they send me an email that I still owe a copay from last month. The counselors are great but billing and the front office is a mess. They cause you more stress which ultimately isn’t worth it.”
