“Terrible experience. Dr prescribed a cream that I need to use daily without interruption, but the prescription was denied by my insurance company due to incorrect justification. The office simply needs to resubmit the claim, yet this has not been done over the past four days. I have called every day and keep being told “tomorrow.” When I called again today, I was told it would be handled next week. I understand that the nurse who handles pre-authorizations has been out due to an emergency, but there appears to be no backup system in place. This raises concerns about how patients are supported when key staff are unavailable. Additionally, I scheduled a wellness visit expecting that blood work would be completed the same day, but it was not. I was asked to return on a different day, which was inconvenient. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience with poor communication and lack of follow-through.”

“I had a great experience this morning at Nest Family Wellness! I was greeted warmly by Victoria as soon as I walked in the door. She was on the phone but quickly placed them on hold so she could welcome me. Lisa was my medical assistant and she was also very warm and friendly. She did a great job getting my labs…it was basically painless! Jonathan Sanchez was my provider and we had a great visit! He takes a lot of time to listen as well ask good questions with the goal of helping his patients achieve optimal health. I appreciated his demeanor and professionalism.”

I told my husband and my mom how impressed I was with how kind everyone was. I usually get a little nervous when getting my blood drawn and the lady who drew my blood was so nice, patient, and reassuring to me. 10/10 experience! Plus, this place is an introvert's dream. I was the only patient there this morning and they were playing calming music.”
