“Had been seeing a counselor for about 3 to 4 months just starting to get comfortable and start doing real work. I go in for my session this morning to find my therapists name is missing from the sign in. I check my email where the business sent me a message at 3:56pm the afternoon before my appointment stating that my therapist was "departing the practice" they didn't even specify when it was happening. I called the phone lines to have no one pick up and finally sent an email to find out what was going on only to be told that she was gone effective immediately and they couldn't be bothered to let me know via phone. This company does not care about your mental heath their providers might but they do not.”
