How likely are you to recommend The Mental Health Collaborative?
What patients say on Google
“If you’re looking for a homey safe space this is it!! The Mental Health Collaborative is nothing short of amazing. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by amazing staff and calming noises playing throughout the office. They are helping me with my anxiety and controlling issues and so much more that we’ve uncovered. You leave feeling so much more understood and open minded! 10/10 recommend giving them a try, you’re mental health is worth it!”
“Not worth the time or effort it’s just a money grab they have no care for the patient and they don’t listen to you at all when they pick up the phone my introduction included not only my diagnosis my medication needed my name and needs for care ect she repeatedly asked questions about what those things were after I kept saying I already told you”
“Being someone who works in the field, I understand the complications involved in working with mental health. I reached out for services for my daughter, made sure they accepted our insurance, which they said they did then was charged full cost AFTER the appointment because whoops, insurance did not have a contract with this particular provider. Not only did they charge me full price but they sent me no notification of the 100+ charge until I called to say, why do I have the full charge?! They said oh you can file a claim with insurance to be reimbursed...neat. I moved on from that experience because my daughter really needed a safe space to talk with someone so I contacted the office again and switched to a provider who FOR SURE was contracted with our insurance. She had her first appointment, went great. Second appointment was scheduled for 2:00, I had 3:00 in my calendar...totally my fault! I left work to go pick up my daughter for what I thought was her 3:00 appointment, had a missed call and voicemail that said are you on your way?? I called back at 2:30pm and left a voicemail to say I had mixed the times and we were just on our way, I apologized and asked for a call back to reschedule. This morning I had a charge for 150 from my bank account!! No notification of this money being removed, no receipt, nothing! Called the office to hear that a no show is charged automatically! I've never no showed to previous appointments and I called within our scheduled time with no response back!! To have 150 taken from your bank with no warning is terrible to do to people, especially when they do everything to try to make it right, right away. I understand the flip side to this is that the provider then lost out on a chance to fill the spot with someone else and therefor lost money too, however...accidents happen, people are late or confuse times in appointment based businesses and that's the risk you take in being in that business! People certainly are not charged a whole utility bill when these things happen on the first time. I hope the provider enjoys that extra money, Merry Christmas.”
“I am so thankful I found this practice. Having been in and out of therapy for 30 years I was sure I would suffer for the rest of my life. I started attending group therapy in February 2024. What an amazing and transformative experience! This group demonstrated that I was not alone, We worked through a book by Brene Brown, not only did I learn to be authentically me, I learned I was not alone! I cannot say enough about Hillary Anderson and Leah Reef Daily who facilitated the group, absolutely the best!! After the group ended I continued therapy with Leah and Hillary. The most valuable thing I am learning is mindfulness, this is huge and I am starting EMDR soon. There is a new group starting in October that I am looking forward to joining, it is about self love and compassion. This is a life saving safe place!”
