“ive been getting therapy here since 2023, and its been such a pleasant experience. My therapist is super super patient with me and also very often lets me discuss my hobbies and interests.”
“This is the most incompetent office staff we have dealt with. They sat on disability paperwork for some time, lost it, we filled it out again in person and walked it to the front desk, and it still sat there for days. When we called to inquire several times we got excuses and eventually they just started hanging up on us. Not to mention when we first came in for an appt they never told the doctor we were there and shuttled in other patients so then ours was cut short so they could keep on schedule. Get new front desk staff. Terrible is an understatement.”
