“I recently came in by ambulance with a severely broken leg. Both bones in my lower leg (tib and fib). I was taken care of in the best way out of any hospital I've ever been in. I was scared out of my mind to have surgery on my leg. I've never had any kind of surgery at all. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Post surgery all of the nurses and staff were so kind and helpful. I hate to ask for help but they insisted on helping even if I didn't think I needed it, and I may not have needed it but it felt so great to feel so cared for. I hope I never have to go to the hospital again but if I do, I know where I'll tell them to take me. Nurse Luz, Nurses Aide Ray, Nurse Brianna (banana, she'll get the joke) and all the other staff, I couldn't thank them enough. The surgical doctor (Doctor Hill, I believe) and his staff were amazing as well. I forgot their names because I went under sedation but they all put me at ease and made me feel comfortable well. They were all so kind and thoughtful to me the whole time. I RARELY make reviews but I felt this one was necessary. I thank all of you for helping me get on the path to healing.”

“Do not go to this ER. The Doctor in charge, Dr. Edward Woo will ignore patient withdrawal consent and assault you (battery), and then bill you. I went here on 4th of July of 2025. After 2 hours of receiving no care and listening to nurses call other patients "whiners", I withdrew consent, and the doctor would not let me leave, then came in and made me lay down so he could assess my injure (going against my will and request for care be withdrawn, which is medical assault or battery) I have called the hospital and complained and they pretty much told me they can't do anything.”

“If I could give zero, I would. Terrible customer service. Called all the numbers provided and the same lady kept answering telling me that I had the wrong number and when I asked if she could give me the correct number she refused to even try, telling me that the numbers were moved around.”
