How likely are you to recommend The Lotus Connection, Louisville, KY?
What patients say on Google
“Sarah’s practice is what all healthcare providers should strive to be like I have struggled for the majority of my life mental illness. Her professionalism and her motivation to help people always shows. I have been seeing her for years now on and off. If you are looking for someone to dive deep into your medical history and for someone who truly cares and wants to find the right medications or even therapy suggestions do yourself a favor and book an appointment.”
“I have had a couple visits at The Lotus Connection with Sarah Thomas. The practice is independently owned, with all staff being BIPOC. It feels like I’ve finally found someone who listens to me and doesn’t try to push/switch medications unnecessarily. I feel supported and heard. Sarah doesn’t like to prescribe medications that may be difficult to come off of. She’s open to learning from her clients about what works for them. Medication management is not one-size-fits-all, and Sarah’s approach acknowledges that.”
“After allowing me to visit during my wife’s appointment to discuss potential adverse effects of her medication, Sarah turned the conversation to me without addressing the concerns I brought to her. She chose instead to cut me off in order discuss my own medications. She did not address my concerns about my wife, nor did I consent to discuss my own medications with her. Instead of hearing the fears I presented about my wife’s behaviors, she proceeded to counsel me without knowing anything about my diagnoses, medication prescribing history, or goals. I’m still not sure my wife is safe, and I know that I am greatly offended and angry by this unprofessionalism.”
