“I have called the office several times to try and schedule an intake appointment, on different days, at different times of those days during normal business hours. No one answers the phone, and every call goes to voicemail. I also filled out their online form, where they note that someone “typically responds by the next business day”. Several days passed with no answer. A clinic cannot claim to “provide exceptional, individualized treatment in a warm and professional environment” when they can’t even answer the phone or respond to online inquiries. If you are in acute distress and desperately looking for help, do yourself a huge favor and take your business elsewhere. The total lack of responsiveness of this clinic is beyond unprofessional and will only further increase your distress”

“It felt like my therapist just wanted to sit there and listen to my conversations like a gossiping friend. No real feedback and my therapist did her best but I felt we did not connect. Unfortunately I did not like her approach and I needed to seek therapy elsewhere to better serve me.”

“What a waste of time. First, before even going in you have to do like a multiple hour long questionnaire. Then, after my first session I am told I can not do bi-weekly or monthly, it HAS to be weekly. So instead of getting me as a monthly customer, I just wont go back and they will get nothing.”

“Just imagine how it must feel when you start to think, after a handful of sessions, maybe, just maybe, you finally found someone who seems nice & caring, you start to believe in therapy again... just for them to literally dismiss you out of the blue. That came just 2 weeks after doing a 3 month goal list. Why was I dismissed? I was told what I needed “help” with, is better suited for me to go elsewhere... Really? meanwhile what I was told to go elsewhere for, is literally listed on the counselors profile...? Why list it if you don’t (can’t?) handle it? Maybe she just didn’t like me? Even more so, within 30 minutes of my dismissal, I received 7 back to back emails of my next 7 appointments being canceled. Uhh, I never made OR agreed to those appointments to begin with, but sure, cancel away. Whatever helps you sleep at night. “I can assure you that you are never alone” .. don’t put something like that in your profile when the thing you did help me with is prove that I am better off alone & trying to handle things on my own.”
