How likely are you to recommend The Legacy House?
What patients say on Google
“For the past two years, Legacy House has been a wonderful source of support for my children and our family. The help my kids have received has made a positive difference, and I am truly grateful for the care, consistency, and encouragement they have been given. I also really appreciate the way Legacy House handles things with discretion and respect. They create a safe and supportive environment while protecting the privacy of the children and families they serve. I’m very thankful for the positive impact Legacy House has had on my kids and would highly recommend them to families who may need support.”
“My daughter had not one but two insurance companies that covered her and somehow there was a mess up with who was primary and who was secondary and the bills were not getting paid in full. However, they were getting paid a portion of the amount. While I was trying to work on the situation. The owner told me that my daughter would no longer be seen there until the issue was worked out. I went ahead and paid the entire amount in full , out of pocket , but yet my daughter was not welcomed back. I find this to be disgusting behavior for a business practice that is specializing in mental health, especially since my daughter was diagnosed on the spectrum in the same facility and they know better than anybody else -that abrupt change is not good for children on the spectrum ... yet they had no problem kicking my daughter out of the practice with absolutely no warning or explanation to her. If you value your children and their mental health, I would recommend going somewhere where the owner of the business values mental health over financial misunderstanding, especially after the parents paid in full out of their own pocket, even though insurance was responsible.”
