“Wonderful office and staff. Clean. Everyone is friendly and professional. However they have a SERIOUS over scheduling issue. This is my first time here. Staff have already cautioned me that the practitioners consistently run 45min-1hr behind schedule. Absolutely unacceptable. I arrived 15 min before my appt time. I was brought back 15 min after my appointment time. I then waited an additional 30min in an “extra holding room because they are completely full.” I understand the demands of the medical system but this is a scheduling issue and should not impact the lives and times of patients who are here to be seen for their health. We are paying to be here and providers are being paid to help us. There’s just no excuse for this anymore. This is my first time here and certainly does not make a good first impression nor does it give me confidence for the future here. Sorry but that’s the honest impact of this. Practitioners need to know and be held accountable.”
“I have generally had good experiences in-person at their Kingston offices, except for some high wait times, but I just had a very unpleasant experience with their call service. I called about an hour ago to request a medication refill. I opted for the callback service and was told that I expected wait time was around 3 minutes. After about 30 minutes of not receiving a call back, I called again. I was on hold for about 5 minutes before the call suddenly dropped or was picked up by an agent and immediately hung up. So, I called a third time and was number “0” in line. I was quickly connected to an agent who muttered, “how can I assist you?” I told them that I needed a medication refill, and they asked “Medical?” And before I got had a chance to respond, they put me back on hold or transferred me. I was now forth in line and was told to expect a wait time of about 4 minutes. So, I waited about 15 minutes for another agent. The agent who picked up, Jack, was very helpful and explained I needed another appointment before I could get a refill. He set me up with an appointment in just a couple of day. It’s pretty apparent that their callback service doesn’t work and some of their agents don’t receive proper training (or are just overworked and underpaid). It’s worth mentioning I was calling to get an anxiety medication refilled, and this experience certainly didn’t help with that. I was thinking I’d give a one-star review, but I appreciate the helpful service Jack provided.”
“September 2025 I came it to your office at ... pine st for my appointment with Dr Augustus Bentsi-Barnes After my regular gynecologist had referred me to him to do a biopsy Dr Augustus Bentsi-Barnes office called me to make the appointment but some how They were not aware that I was there for a biopsy And we're unable to do the biopsy that day because they didn't have the time. But because I was there Dr Augustus Bentsi-Barnes thought it was a good idea to examine me before my biopsy I was told it was going to hurt because I have never had kids at the time I thought he was talking about the biopsy but on the first visit he use a speculum that ripped me open. Dr Augustus Bentsi-Barnes has been the only doctor who has ever told me that it was going to hurt more. I have been to multiple gynecologists both male and female. I have been going to a gynecologist since I was 16 I'm 47 now and have never been injured the way I was on the first visit. I felt I had been attacked I was uncomfortable for days. But because this is a sensitive issue I let the topic go. Thinking it must have been something I had done differently them the countless time I have been to a gynecologist in the past. The day of the biopsy September 23 he ripped me again.. I had know that the biopsy was going to hurt. I had hadn't planned on feeling like I had been assaulted. This is not my first experience with a medical procedure. A speculum shouldn't have hurt me. Especially since I had just been to my gynecologist 2 months before with no issues... During the biopsy as I was crying. He had ripped me open and pulled out part of my uterus lining with a small suction tube. And he told me I was making him nervous. I left the apartment upset and in pain and bleeding. And feeling like I had been attacked. A doctor, someone who is supposed to help. Hurt me Almost a year Later in still upset and traumatized..”
“Wow, a 2.7 Rating no wonder why this place is a joke there are living in terms and they all are just above 18 years old that tells us the public. There is no experience with these doctors. They think they know it all but they know nothing. Plus they asked for a urinalysis drug screening every single month. The loss says people can be seen physically every three months the other two months can be medication refills that is the law but obviously these doctors don’t want to hear that and their callback feature is a bunch of bull. I’ve called eight times today and not a single callback since 9 AM. It is now 4 PM. Terrible terrible place. They should be shut down.”
