Dr. Behen has personally went out of his way and helped my family during the process and after. These are the kind of people you want fighting for you. “ZERO stars. The testing appointment was the beginning of January and we still have not received the appropriate results report. I did ask them about their negative reviews on Google before the appointment and they reassured that it's from a select few and is not truly the case. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND DO NOTTTT USE THESE PEOPLE. Unprofessional, inadequate, rude, dismissive, and so many more negative words you'd like to throw in here. They said the report would be sent 6 weeks after the testing appointment. It has been 26 weeks... Take this information as you'd like but I urge you to find a different place that actually is competent and flows through on what you pay a lot of money for.”

“Terrible experience from beginning to end. My initial appointment was 45 minutes late because the doctor scheduled me on a day he was on “work vacation,” and I felt rushed through my initial appointment with the doctor. I took my test in February, and have yet to receive my written report. Everything is automated. You will never be able to call and talk to a person, and these are the only messages I have ever received from them. The technician that gave me my test was wonderful and this isn’t a reflection of them. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, hopefully that will get results.”

“My child had testing done here. During the results review, several findings weren't fully explained, and the staff member conducting the review wasn't able to answer many of my questions. I was told the provider's team would follow up with me directly. It's been over a week I sent a message and later a follow-up email, and still haven't heard back. Communication here has been extremely poor, and I don't recommend this place. If you need clear answers, you won't get them.”
