What patients say on Google

“The staff was very unproductive. Barely helped. Made me feel dumb for my depression. The room was very scary for younger kids. A bed which was a chair leaned back in the direct middle of the room. The staff stood outside the door and stared. Only 2 people actually helped. The actual place was pretty nice.”

“The Hope Center is being used as a model to separate youth from adults during a time of crisis. But forging new territories comes with challenges. Inspite of beginner challenges, The Hope Center has helped many families navigate this difficult time for their children, expanded it's ability to accept a wider variety of insurances. And the goal of assisting families in an environment that caters to their children is being explored in other regions. Good job!”

“NEVER bring your child to this facility. As a clinician and a special needs mom I was APPALLED by the incompetence, negligence, Malpractice that I witnessed at this facility My very young ASD son was treated like he was disposable while actively suicidal in their completely empty waiting room (not shocking it was empty). He was held for 24 hours and kicked out illegally while actively still suicidal. my husband and I, who had gone there to help save our son were threatened with Dss if he was not removed from the center because it was “Friday and they need to go home”. I forced them to give me the records, Took my son right to the ER,. The hope crisis center simply did not care whether he lived or not. That’s the truth. Stay very, very far away.”

“The only reason I am giving one star is because there is not an option to give zero. This place is dangerous for children. Needs to be shut down and investigated.”
