“Terrible patient care. RUN from this practice. They do not answer their phone or return calls for days on end. No one appears to work in the Franklin office and other branches also can not get anyone to answer the phone for multiple days (but also refuse to help). They seem to be perfectly ok with patients being out of medicine for days on end before they will return calls or reach out to assist. I can not imagine a worse practice for patients who need any level of patient care or support.”
