“During my initial contact with this clinic, I was informed to fill out the new patient in-take and someone would contact me the following Monday for an appointment. After two weeks of waiting on a phone call, I called and was informed I did not pay the deposit for the visit. After a month of trying to get in touch with someone to pay said deposit for treatment and unsuccessfully getting anyone on the phone, I finally was able to pay the deposit online. Only after voicemail instructions were finally given. This was after having to refill in all the information again for the new patient in-take. I called to inform said clinic of my deposit and expressed my frustrations with the clinic again and the lack of being able to get in touch with them to pay this deposit. Due to my frustrations and expressing those with the coordinator, she refused my services and immediately refunded my deposit that took me over a month to make. Mind you, I spoke firmly but never raised my voice or used profanity. Due to my tone, the coordinator refused my services. This clinic does not care if you need help or not. Their money is most important. I would never recommend this place to anyone seriously needing mental health help.”

Candy takes the time to really listen and grasp how I am feeling. She gives me options in my care and explains everything thoroughly. She always follows up on medication doses and any other changes to see how I am tolerating it or improving. She really cares about her patients and wants to improve their mental health. I've never felt embarrassed to go there, always comfortable, and I recommend the clinic to just about everyone I know.”

Andy is very down to earth and the whole practice seems to actually care to find any issues that affect your individual situation. And they explain things in a non abrasive or lecture behavior. When I was at the point of not knowing what to do I sought help and even though depression and anxiety is tricky to treat in most cases, I feel comfortable to be honest with everyone there and am constantly reassured that we will get me figured out so I can get out of this funk and start having a better quality of life.
