How likely are you to recommend The Guidance Center of Westchester?
What patients say on Google
“I do not recommend the Mount Vernon location. Your time will be wasted. Poor communication and not dependable to reach the end goal. Left with no results due to unreliability. Now I have to find another center.”
“Plays too many cat and mouse games. No reliable communication, staff cancels appointment on the same day. Procrastinates weeks later to reschedule. Very disrespectful to one’s time.”
“The guidance center helps me out every way they can. They are professional, welcoming and patient! I’m new to their program and I am excited to see what tools i can learn here for my future.”
“In the beginning when I first started going to the guidance center about six years ago, they were helpful.after the former CEO left and a new one came in the place went down hill.there are people who go there who need more assistance than the guidance center can offer.there have been thefts of patients phones,I feel that lower functioning individuals are catered to & the higher functioning individuals aren't.i have depression and going there made it worse.if you seeking employment and ask for assistance and get frustrated with the process and find employment yourself, the staff becomes irritated with you.i feel like you can't run a effective mental health facility unless you address what isn't working”
