What patients say on Google

“Pretty disappointing, and I highly recommend anyone dealing with real mental health issues. To find an alternative option, the psychiatrist whom I had been a patient with for well over 5 years, only met with her in person a handful of times. 98% of in office visits, I met with her remotely. Yet, when circumstances changed for me. And I simply needed, ONE remote appointment. I was told, that it can't be arranged. On top of that, the best part is. The multiple charges in one day to my debit card, after being declined. In one particular instance, I was charged for whatever they thought they could extract from the account. Essentially, overdrafting my account and leaving me with a negative balance until my next payday. And of course, no matter how much I politely requested that I not be charged without notice. I was ignored. Ultimately, I was unable to make it to my final appointment. And because, you were treated like a cash cow instead of a mental health patient and a real person with a busy life. They, informed me that per their updated policy. Appointment cancellations, within less than 24 hours notice is a $50 fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Let me say that again... A $50 FEE! I politely, told them that I simply just do not have the extra funds, at the time to pay that fee.. And, not 2 minutes after the call was disconnected, MY CARD WAS CHARGED (at least an attempt was made). Ultimately, I called back and not so politely informed them not to charge my card again. And of course, I was dropped from the practice, (citing abuse/threats of staff). It's not abuse of staff, when multiple attempts at politeness fail. Not to mention, I never threatened anyone with anything, other than legal action towards the practice for continually charging my card without permission. It's really not a mystery at all, why there is such a mental health crisis in this country, when you see how patients are treated at practices like this particular one. Like I said, you'd be better off, finding another practice. Even if there's a longer wait time, to get in with a doctor.”

“Dont go here unless you want your physicians apart of your family drama. My first appointment I was prescribed 4 SSRIs for just anxiety and was ordered to take all of them. I attended an appointment with my grandfather to discuss that these medications were messing up my brain, and my mother was pushing an agenda that I had all these other things wrong with me. Dean O’brien interrupted the appointment, to literally order delivery from Buffalo Wild Wings. We laughed it off but why would you order food DURING an appointment. The next appointment, my mother requested to speak with him before me, and was able to convince him that I was suicidal and had an eating disorder. I am a 3.8 GPA student involved in many extracurricular activities. I don’t have time to cut my eating or be suicidal. After discussing previously the circumstance with my mother, he berated and scolded me like a father in a very unprofessional manner. That day I had to miss work and a ton of homework for very unnecessary wellness checks at both Wellstone and the nearest Eating Disorder Clinic facilities. I’ve never seen him wear anything other than sweat shorts to work. He’s okay but very unprofessional”

“I’ve been a patient here since April of this year, and I can’t post anything negative. My provider Therese Keeling, is very helpful and takes the time to listen. The office staff is very nice and helpful too. I can’t make any complaints against anyone there. Previous places I’ve been to in the past, never would talk with me long and they would rush things and send you on your way. I was surprised to see a negative review, not sure why. Just wanted to let everyone know I’m thankful and pleased with your services.”
