“The 2 providers I worked with were great. They were friendly and empathetic. The office staff on the other hand will see you standing at their desk waiting for assistance and they'll see you and continue to be on their cell phone. When I called asking for the assesment appointment, I was placed on hold then told that they couldnt make an appointment because the provider hadn't given the authorization to do sobyet. I called once a week for a month and kept being told this. Then one day i called and spoke to a different employee and she said that the authorization from the provider to schedule the appointment had been in the system for 7 weeks! But yet no one called me and I was lied to numerous times by Christopher. Also, they do not keep their word and are rude. Specifically Christopher. I asked him to check on a balance that was on my account. I had spoken to the billing dept for about a month going back & forth and they said they'd verify with the insurance because I gave them the EOB showing it was paid in full by the insurance, yet they were billing me. I asked him to check with billing because I was not going to pay the balance due to my insurance paid the claim in full and they cant bill me for anything. Christopher lied and said that he checked with billing and the balance was removed. Being that I saw him go straight to his cell phone to scroll right after I asked him to check with billing, I told him I wanted to speak with a manager and he gave me attitude, it looked like his head was going to fall off his shoulders with all the attitude head movements he did because he got mad. Come to find out when I spoke with the manager, the balance was still on my account. I did not schedule any future appointments here and I won't ever go back. It's sad that the providers are amazing but they have the worst staff.”

It's been a year since then and I'm a complete different person, mentally stronger. My therapist did move to her own clinic btw Teresa Juarez/ Texas Aloha Counseling. 10/10 recommend them.”

“Business violates the business and commerce code 604a.002 Its illigal to charge fees on credit and debit cards. I told them and they refunded my money and wanted no business with me. I was professional and courteous to let them know they violated a law. They're robbing people this way and when caught they cancel any future appointments. Aka banned”
