“I called earlier this week to find out more information regarding some of the services the provide and was given the run around. I ended up talking with a lady named "Jolene or Jodie" who didn't know a lot of the answers to some of my questions and seemed to become irritated with me. She then asked if I could "call back later when it was less busy!" I understand how frustrating representative jobs can be at times but being plain rude is NOT how you gain business!!”

“Before I give full review I would like to know why I was denied help and told by clinician you guys did not help epileptics and neurological patients alot. Person I saw, which I am sure I can find out who if necessary, told me you only typically work with drug addicts, alcoholics and patients with serious schizophrenia and ptsd. This is terrible of you to deny me help with how difficult it is to find it in this area. I worked at a hospital in the bhu department myself and I know the statistics here since covid with mental patients and for you to deny helping someone is just sad. If you need help looking my info up to see im not making this up my name is Peter Redfield II and I came in last year for a consultation appointment and was denied further help.”

“Overall, very good experience. The provider and therapist I saw were wonderful. Front office staff though, at their very best, is terrible, Heather and Taylor specifically. It really seems like they do not know what is going on at all. Being confrontational on the portal. Talking down to patients. Basically, they can never make a mistake (ironic 🤭), entitled attidudes. Ultimately, those two at the front desk made my decision easy to take my care else where. Which is a shame, because for once in my life I feel the team I had, was helping. Those two duds they have in the front do not set the tone for a welcoming, therapeutic experience. Take em or leave, I say leave them and find new employees! Michelle French responding to all these reviews is not a good look either.”

“This place is quick to try and sell you drugs that aren’t even fda approved and such. They can’t keep staff. When Shannon was there she was awful and over medicated many clients including young children. If you speak up on it this agency is quick to threaten you to sue for any crazy excuse they can come up with to cover their trails. Ps this is Google reviews it’s the freedom of speech act to review what someone’s experience is even if the practice doesn’t believe it to be true they can’t legally sue even if they feel it’s slander. Google reviews is public for a reason. Let’s all be adults here would yah Eden center please. For reals come on now.”
