What patients say on Google
“best therapy experience ive ever had ! the environment is also very welcoming”
“I reached out to this practice seeking therapy and they requested I fill out their online form, which I did. A week went by and I never received a response. I sent a follow up email voicing my frustration about being ignored, but still, no one got back to me. I feel like this lack of communication is completely unacceptable, especially from a business that is supposed to provide help to those in need. When someone reaches out for mental health support, timely and compassionate communication is critical. Even if they were unable to accept me as a patient, they could have had the courtesy to respond in a timely manner and guide me toward finding help elsewhere. Leaving someone who is going through mental health challenges waiting without any communication is irresponsible.”
“I tried counseling here with Normanda who I was matched with. The condescending and judgmental way she spoke with me was unacceptable and unprofessional, especially after she had just said I need a safe space for me. She completely ignored what I believe and how I feel and even went so far as to literally offend me with her over exaggerated way of accusing me of something that wasn’t true. I was in disbelief when I walked out of my second session after the way she spoke to me and treated me. Then no one even wondered why or bothered to follow up to see what would make a patient just walk out of their second session… for me if it was my business I would want to know. Lack of any empathy for patients is appalling. Definitely not the place for me from what I experienced. Kinda sad about it because I chose this place because Martha was so helpful and kind. I had high hopes, but I was insulted and belittled and even slandered. Not sure I even want to try with another therapist after this experience.”
“Jim Croxton was absolutely amazing. I reached out and wanted the help for the first time and was so nervous, but he made me feel comfortable and at ease Instantly the first few minutes. The staff this is amazing and so nice! Katelyn is extremely nice bubbly and polite she as well made me feel welcomed as soon as I came through the door! I highly recommend this place don’t know where the negative reviews come from but this is my opinion!”
