“As all others have noted, this company has SERIOUS issues with administration. The receptionists are extremely rude, do not respond in a timely manner, and it is nearly impossible to obtain patient needs with obviously untrained and non-empathetic receptionists working in a health-care practice. I've had better experiences at the post office and DMV. Reading the rest of the reviews from months ago, it's clear that absolutely nothing has changed at these facilities. There is a level of professionalism required in this industry, and this company lacks all of it, unfortunately for the patients.”

“have been coming here for a few years now and can’t say enough good things. the woman who works at reception, Liz Bell, is FANTASTIC, so kind, works QUICK and always extremely helpful. on top of that, when I first came to Chicago Integrative, I was seeing a different provider who retired and Dr.Ficaro took her place. He is very kind, thorough, and makes sure to ask specific questions related to my life/medications to make sure everything’s going well. Overall all great staff members who get the job done quickly and with the best guest care everytime!!”

“The service that is provided from the minute you step in the office and are immediately greeted by Christina, is always a great way to get your visit headed in the right direction and also tells me that I’m a valued patient. Dr. Rahman is phenomenal, she cares about the whole body, mind and soul. She listens to my concerns genuinely and does not ever make me feel like my appointment is rushed. I have NEVER had a problem with getting my medications filled. They are always ready when I need them. The office itself is very tranquil and relaxing. I have seen 2 other psychiatrist’s in my 51 years and Dr. Rahman and her office is by far the best. I would highly recommend this practice.”
