“Be aware, if they try to bill your insurance and have an issue, even if the issue is a fault of their own, they will charge you (without notifying you) of every cent they can take from you. They will do so despite them signing a contract with the insurers to bill them, and despite it being against the law to bill you without your consent for specified charges. They tried to take just under $1,000 from my wife but the charges were blocked. We of course called them and they assured us they would go through the insurer and that it was a mistake, only by the end of the business day to run the charges through again. They then ignored my wife’s phone calls. I got through and after a quick threat to sue they fixed the issue.”

“My experience with this therapy practice has been absolutely positive. I enjoyed the therapist that I saw and my wife also saw a different therapist there and had a great experience. We had an insurance issue and the front office was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. I highly recommend this center.”

“I can’t recommend this place. I started seeing someone starting in October who left the practice in early January. I started seeing someone else here starting in late January who left the practice in April. Neither were handled well. I was given the option to continue with the first person I saw at their new practice but they stopped communicating with me almost immediately. The second didn’t even tell me in advance they were leaving, they suddenly cancelled our session an hour before it was scheduled via email and added they would no longer be with the practice. It’s really hard to make progress when the person you’re seeing is not consistent and constantly changing. I have to start all over with a brand new person for the third time in 6 months, but it won’t be here this time.”

“Im done waiting for a response... backstory A few months ago, my wife and I went to see someone. And while I was happy with the therapist we seen, the first appt I knew would be out of pocket cost. We became insured the 2nd visit and called to get an updated per visit payment cost early in the week, with the appt being Saturday. Was told billing would call me back, they never did, come to find out, we had a deductible, and the payment actually raised by $55 The 3rd week, I called to cancel the appointments, person I spoke with must have assumed I meant just the next appt, and not the entire thing. Because at the 4th saturday I was billed $100 for a missed appt. Called to clarify, and was told it was to their discretion if they would refund the $100. Again. No return call. Do better”
