How likely are you to recommend The Center For Mental Wellness?
What patients say on Google
“Hid behind the computer monitor and did not complete a proper intake. Did not review chart prior to the appointment and tried to prescribe things I am allergic to.”
“Dr. Pevey is very kind, cool, and down to earth, and her staff are very kind, courteous people as well. Nurse Krystal sometimes will give little stickers and bracelets with uplifting messages, and I actually appreciate those little messages because you never know if that's the day, if you're the one who needs to hear it. My favorite Quote recently given is, "Be The Change You Wish To See In The World." 😉 😊 and "It's Okay if you have bad and unproductive days." This is a (5)☆☆☆☆☆ facility and staff! I may not see some of them for very long but its long enough to impact me and my day. I always feel better and positive after my visits here and would recommend Dr. Pevey to anyone. REMEMBER ADDITUDES ARE CONTAGIOUS GOOD OR BAD! They also take Medicare and will take Medicaid with a secondary ins.”
“If I could write a negative star review I would. The receptionist is absolutely terrible. Extremely rude to long standing patients. Makes up appointment in her mind then tells you you did not show up for said appointment. Will it give messages to doctor and has hung up in my face. We had a great relationship with the provider but the staff alone has been unbearable and we are having to search for new options.”
“The Doctor was fine, the receptionist however was very rude. After I made an appointment with the manager and worked out an insurance issue, later that same day the receptionist called me about the same issue and a debt I was unaware of and was just immediately very rude to me. I told her I could pay the debt the day of my appointment but she told me that If I didn't pay it now I would no longer be seen, and I asked her for clarification and was told that if I didn't pay her the 28 dollars now I could not see the psychiatrist 2 days from now, and she canceled my appointment. Not even a week later they sent me a letter saying I needed to find another doctor and they would no longer be seeing me. She was very rude to me anytime I interacted with her over the phone or in person, and I feel like if you work at a place where people go to get mental health help you shouldn't be rude to people for any reason, much less money. It's people like this that make it so much harder for people to actually get the help that they need.”
