“You can't Erase the Past. But you can definitely get Better moving forward. My last post will remain. I want to say Thank You Carter Clinic for listening and Understanding the people you serve Thank You Again...... I'm really starting to wonder if this Clinic Care about the people they serve! I don't know whose running this clinic on Skibo Rd. How can you Care about people with addiction but send the very prescription that is to help with their disease you send to a Pharmacy in Charlotte that they don't even use. This has happened twice and you wonder why people get upset with you y'all. And when they get upset you wanna kick them out of the clinic. I can't do nothing but SMDH...”
“I posted a review under a different account recently, and it’s mysteriously vanished from search results. Total coincidence, I’m sure. Anyway, I’m sure this one won’t just conveniently disappear like the other one did. Here it is: TL;DR Being utterly dismissive of very reasonable concerns, going *deafeningly* silent for ten seconds straight when asked a very basic question about medication and lashing out angrily when asked a second time, constant condescension and gaslighting, talking about autism like it’s a disease to be eradicated, talking about me to my abusers as if I’m not right there listening (and loudly repeating things to them which directly endanger me, things I had initially said to her privately and in confidence), losing her temper more often than not, and of course failing to show up to meetings, and then claiming the patient actually was the one who didn’t show. I see this last thing is mentioned a lot other reviews, along with numerous other things I (incidentally) had noted independently before checking reviews. Clearly, these are patterns of behavior many others have noticed as well. The longer version: Grishma Gandhi is wonderful if you enjoy having perfectly legitimate medical concerns dismissed and ignored, constantly being drowned out and talked over and accused of being “manic” and “having a mood swing” if you dare to say something as controversial and bold as “Please let me speak for a moment, this part is actually really important” or “I don’t really feel I’m fully being heard here.” If you love coming to a doctor to see if you can get tested and possibly medicated for something like ADD/ADHD, only for that doctor to ghost you for ungodly amounts of time and then return out of the blue and casually announce they’ve diagnosed you with something completely unrelated and didn’t bother to ask your consent first before vanishing for the better part of a year and then abruptly reappearing and slapping a harmful, totally irrelevant, and wildly inaccurate diagnosis on you, one that carries great social stigma when revealed to the wrong people… Gandhi has your back. If your thing is doctors who gleefully go along with institutional abuse and police violence, Grishma’s got you covered. Autistic or otherwise neurodivergent? Feel deeply ashamed of who you are and have a desperate desire to be cured/fixed, or at the very least made to be “less autistic”? She’s got you! And don’t worry if you’ve been receiving lifelong abuse from overly controlling narcissistic relatives with severe rage issues and chronic problems with lying about you. Grishma won’t hesitate to insist on inviting them on, also without your consent, and then proceed to quote things to them you told her in confidence, and even explicitly asked her not to repeat. I feel so much safer now that she’s looked me *straight in the eye* with that cheerful little glint of conscious and intentional malice and then proceeded to say, out loud, multiple things to be effect of “[patient] says you tend to hit them a lot and that they don’t feel safe around you. They asked me not to tell you, but I think it’s more important to keep you in the loop, especially since [patient] is emotionally still a child and clearly doesn’t really know what’s actually good for them. What’s YOUR side of the story?” This is definitely somebody I trust to be prescribing meds I will put into my body and which will potentially alter my brain chemistry. She tells me I have a rejoice not to take them, but if I even hint that I might actually try not taking them, she becomes very agitated and threatened to have me hospitalized. Gee, I wonder why she’s so afraid of the idea of sessions being audio-recorded? Real headscratcher, that.”
“I enjoyed the Open House and meeting all the Therapists. I have been a patient since 2025 and the services are Amazing! Thank you Carter Clinic-Fayetteville”
