How likely are you to recommend The Behavioral Wellness Center at Girard?
What patients say on Google
“The employees here are useless. They are rude and judgmental beyond belief. I had gone with my brother so he can get his medication and the women were arguing right at the counter behind the glass and the supervisor stood there watching it the entire time. If you are going to be in a position where you are supposed to be helping people with an illness, you would think compaction would be a top tier requirement. Not people who are going to be unprofessional and heartless. I will now be bringing him somewhere he can feel safe to get the proper help he needs. This place should be shut down and investigated. If this is how they treat the clients, could you imagine how they treat each other. Absolutely sickening.”
“Their “substance abuse counselors” are enabling, wildly unprofessional people and their supervisors are just as bad. When you have employees meant to help recovering addicts encourage them to relapse on other people’s prescription medications, the integrity of the entire place is called into question. When I told an employee I would be reporting her for ethics (or lack there of), she made it clear that the people in charge are just as complicit. Incredible that this place even has THREE stars 🥴”
“Zero stars , central air in code blue weather and ❄ 💦 to 🚿. Individuals entering room, during all types of hours. Every 1/2 a second. In which are staff as well as residents, from the other side. I've been hit ,threatened etc. I'm unable to sleep or anything. I have multiple disabilities and not supposed to be alone. I'm a fall risk and being forced. To walk up and down stairs. I can go on , yet it's not enough space.”
“great place! Goldman workers try their best to meet ends with us who are seeking help they are good people! they also helped me get medical to help pay my expenses off down at the admission & get the medication I needed which was a plus!! Thank you bewell i am now sober going on 9 years and counting!!!!!!!!”
