“I found Danielle on psychology today and loved her bio and decided to schedule an appointment. That was almost two years ago. This is the first time I have consistently met with a therapist and did not quit after less than a month of service. Danielle has been absolutely incredible and abundantly resourceful with her education, diagnosing, and general active listening and patient-centered support. I always had a stigma I made surrounding therapy that if I went it was strictly because I was “paying someone to care about me”. “No!!!!! WORST medical experience in my life. Staff is rude, unorganized and can barely make an appointment over the phone. Ive never experienced any problems like this with my any dr in GA. Dr Sarah is an unorganized mess. Waste of time and they just try and pump more out of your pocket money from appointments. Can’t remember anything. Save your money. Always late for calls, forgetting to send out links, several prescriptions duplicates that are not even needed all piled up at my pharmacy. Having to constantly be reminded I need 90 day supplies. Accused me of thinga that were never happening with meds I hve been on for 20 years. She accused me of things that were not true and potentially SLANDEROUS to my character. She doesn’t pay attention or take notes. Constantly making errors and comments that were not true. I was going to leave this messy place a year ago because it is so poorly run. She never took the time to read my background that was sent from my 20 year dr in Atlanta.”
