How likely are you to recommend The Azalea Institute: Counseling, Wellness & Professional Development?
What patients say on Google
“Unfortunately the reviews are correct and they truly don't respond. They asked for my insurance info at lightning speed but after providing it I haven't heard anything for several days and don't know if I will. I cannot rate the quality of their services since I cannot access them, but that's just about as meaningful. Even clear communication of "we don't have availability right now" would be much better.”
“Extremely happy with all of my time and experiences with Azalea. I can't say enough good about them and would highly recommend this practice.”
“My wife attempted to schedule therapy through this practice. She called and was told that she would get a callback within a week. She waited 2 weeks. No call back. She called again and was assured that she would still get a callback, as they were trying to match her with the right therapist. That was over a month ago. She has not received any therapy and it’s clear this practice doesn’t respect the courage it takes to reach out for help when someone is in crisis. I can’t encourage people enough to stay away from The Azalea Institute. They don’t know how to treat people.”
“I love this place. My therapist is amazing and has helped me so much!”
