“Counselor was a no- show for first appointment, told me he would adjust pricing because we couldn't afford full rate, but continued to charge the full amount, that we couldn't afford, to our card. He promised to follow up with things to work on during the week so we could discuss them in therapy, but never did. This place is a full on scam. Never saw anyone else in the building. I'm convinced now that the guy was never qualified and these people are just flat out stealing money from people. Avoid at all costs”
