What patients say on Google
“On July 30th 2025 I was hit by a car on an e scooter. Presbyterian of Dallas did nothing but give me A1 care!... I have a broken Right tibula and I have four broken ribs and a left broken ankle. I was discharged August 1st at about 9:00 in the morning. But during my hospitalization, they were amazing! I was in m103 and the staff there on that floor during my stay they were very nice, considerate, respectful, and anytime I needed help they were there. I normally have issues with hospitals and I'm not exactly the best patient for any doctor or nurse. But this hospitalization was quite pleasant for me because of the care I received here. The staff were very understanding. The food was great. And anytime I was hungry in between meals I was brought something to eat. They never let me starve. When I had questions they answered my questions to the fullest and to the best of their ability. And I must say normally I would be giving a review like this to Methodist, but I think from now on Presbyterian of Dallas is where I'm going when I need any sort of care. I want to thank all the staff, nurses, and doctors that were involved in my care and treatment. I have actually since then returned to Presbyterian to Dallas because of other conditions that have come about due to me being hit by this car. And even then I'm still very satisfied and pleased at the care I received. I have absolutely no complaints about them whatsoever. I want to thank them once again and I recommend this hospital to anybody and everybody that needs any sort of treatment whatsoever especially critical care.”
“The food was good. They make sure you are full. Staff are nice and they talk to you like a normal person. You can laugh and talk to them about anything. I felt safe there. Group was great and i got a lot of. Grupo. They helped me through my darkest hour. There was no judgment. Your opinion matters. All patients were calm. Not a lot of noise. Every patient felt heard. This was the best hospital I've ever been in.”
“The food was good and the staff were ok, however if you were expecting anything other than group therapy that reiterates the same 3 main ideas and a system that bungles your medicine, happiness, and rehabilitation than do i have the place for you. i asked for one on one with a therapist because the group sessions were way to much for me and all i got was a "sorry but thats against our policies." the therapists were pretty nice when you got to see them, and you might get to see the psychaitrist once a week. the best way i can put this is it feels like the mental health facility was a afterthought to the hospital and very little care is taken in the running of this facility. its better than mayhill but thats not saying much”
“Left feeling about the same..I prefer UTSW.. most of the group therapy ran by an unlicensed counselor, which is discouraging. The Chaplin was excellent!!! Awesome Awesome Awesome ..Art therapy was ok I could do without the Yoga. I”
